Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) teams relied on 25 fragmented products across 12 disparate systems, each serving a narrow slice of the treasury function. This fragmentation created inefficiencies, duplicated efforts, and a lack of visibility across financial roles.

The Corporate Treasurer role itself is inherently complex, responsible for liquidity, risk, compliance, and strategic financial decisions across multiple entities. Yet, there was no clear MVP definition, no unified requirements, and no shared understanding of what success looked like across teams.

To design and deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP): a single, unified dashboard view that serves all financial roles within CIB, Treasurers, CFOs, Risk Officers, and Compliance Managers. The dashboard needed to surface the health of an entity’s finances at a glance, enabling faster, more confident decision-making.

Key objectives included:

• Consolidating data from multiple systems into a coherent interface.
• Designing for role-based entitlements and permissions.
• Creating a scalable framework for future financial modules.

We launched a unified, objective dashboard view that:

• Streamlined visibility across financial roles, reducing time spent navigating multiple systems.
• Enabled quick decision-making through real-time financial indicators and alerts.
• Established a design foundation for future enhancements, including predictive analytics and deeper integrations.

This work not only improved operational efficiency but also fostered stronger collaboration between product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders, setting a new standard for financial UX in corporate banking.
