I think you are an amazing designer very creative, very talented and understands the role of a senior designer in a project. I think you are big on structure planning and ways of work. This has really helped us align and develop working processes in this project.Best practices are a non-negotiable when I am working with you and I really admire that because it keeps us in the same room with the best in the world.
In the past 6 months, I have learnt one of the most difficult traits from you, “being calm under pressure”. You have really taught me how to keep calm under the kind of pressure we are always under. You plan and stick to those plans and I think that is a very strong trait for a designer. Your presentations are always flawless and of the highest quality.
